Our services are hosted on servers in certified data centers (ISO 27001) within the European Union. We have concluded Data Processing Agreements (DPA) pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR with all technical service providers.
SSL/TLS Encryption: For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content (e.g., orders), this site uses SSL or TLS encryption. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the browser's address line ("https://") and the lock symbol.
3. Server Log Files
The provider automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are:
- Browser type and browser version
- Operating system used
- Referrer URL
- Hostname of the accessing computer
- Time of the server request
- IP address (anonymized after 7 days)
Basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (Legitimate interest in technical stability and security).
4. Payment Service Providers
On our website, we offer payment via PayPal, credit card (Stripe), or bank transfer. When paying, your payment data is transmitted to the respective payment service provider. The legal basis for the transfer of data is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (contract fulfillment). We do not store complete credit card data on our servers.

§1 Scope & Subject Matter
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts and services between Michael Gloe & Lukas Eberle GbR (hereinafter "Provider") and the customer. The version valid at the time of the conclusion of the contract is decisive.
§2 Service Description & SLA
The provider offers digital assets and IT infrastructure. We guarantee a network availability of 99.9% on an annual average for hosted services.
- Data center location: Germany / EU.
- Support: Response time within 24 hours on business days.
- Maintenance: Announced at least 24 hours in advance and does not count as downtime.
§3 Conclusion & Duration
The contract is concluded by the customer's order and acceptance by the provider (provision of the service). The term is usually 1 month unless otherwise agreed, and renews automatically if sufficient credit is available.
§4 Payment Terms & Prepaid
All services are billed on a prepaid basis. The customer must add funds before using the service. If there is insufficient credit at the time of renewal, the service will be deactivated and irrevocably deleted after a grace period of 7 days.
§5 Customer Obligations & Abuse
The customer may not misuse the services. Prohibited actions include, but are not limited to: Sending spam, phishing, fraud, attacks on other networks (DDoS), distribution of malware, and cryptocurrency mining. In the event of a violation, the provider is entitled to immediately block the service ("Null-Route") without any refund.
Expiration of Right of Withdrawal
Important Notice
According to § 356 (5) BGB, your right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts regarding the delivery of digital content (e.g., server provisioning, software licenses, downloads, domains) that are not delivered on a physical data carrier.
By clicking "Buy" during checkout, you expressly agree that we begin executing the contract before the withdrawal period expires. You acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal upon the commencement of the execution.
Goodwill Policy
We know mistakes happen. If you accidentally ordered the wrong product and the service has not been heavily used, please contact support immediately. We decide on a case-by-case basis regarding a cancellation and refund to your account balance as a gesture of goodwill.
General Right of Withdrawal
Unless the right of withdrawal has expired pursuant to § 356 (5) BGB, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract.
